Peanut Butter Cups Servings : 1 Categories : Candies 1 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips, Milk Chocolate 1/2 cup peanut butter, chunky Line mini muffin pan with paper cups. In a small saucepan heat both kinds of chocolate chips over low heat til melted. Pour small amount of chocolate into bottom of each paper cup. Set in fridge for 5+ minutes to harden up. Melt the peanut butter (I did in the microwave)....and then pour a small amount of this over the top of the hardened chocolate. Set back in the fridge for 5+ minutes. Then re-melt chocolate and pour over the peanut butter layer. Set in fridge to harden up and then place in a sealed container. Leave in the fridge.
